Great food! Staff was very knowledgeable and I could tell they were doing their best to learn how to make a safe environment. All dry rubs and meats are gluten free. I was told to stick to vegetables for my sides and avoid sauces except for their mustard vinegar sauce. They have separate preparation stations for food with bread and without bread.
