We’ve been buying bread from Adieu-Glu since the pandemic, when they were baking in a home kitchen. This is the best gluten free bread you can get—most non-GF folks don’t know they’re not eating gluten! The owner has Celiac’s, so there’s no gluten in anything—just lots of love and some GF magic! Everything is good, but we love the bagels, baguettes, keto buns, soda bread, and cupcakes.
