The chef here did a great job of making sure my meal was as celiac safe as possible. I had a sandwich with aside salad. They have Udi buns. From what I was told, it sounded like they took proper precautions by cleaning prior to preparation of my meal. I typically have joint pain and GI issues but have eaten here twice and have been fine. May still be a risk so just be aware and emphasize that you have celiac
