They had a gf beer that was decent. They also had a gf pizza crust, however I don’t think they took my allergy seriously because I believe there was some cross contamination in my pizza. The said they have a designated gf fryer, but they told me not to get anything fried because a chef accidentally contaminated it

— Not Much
Literally no gluten-free drinks at this brewery- no wine, cider or liquor available and they told me the on-tap seltzer is cross-contaminated because of shared lines.
Worth going to Carolicious (a restaurant inside the brewery) for food though, which is 100% gf! (No alcoholic beverages there either though.)
— No gluten-free information on the menu
