Don't bother. this location has removed all of their GF ramen options from the menu entirely after having been always out of stock for months. The one time I got to have it, I didn't have a bad reaction, but it was mediocre at best.
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much/None
No reaction, therefore seems ok safety wise. Very limited options, and didn’t taste very good.
Yes
I have eaten here three times with no issues. You order on a screen. There are several gluten free ramen options. I always make sure to tell one of the staff that I have a gluten allergy and ask them to cook the gf ramen in a clean pot apart from the gluten filled ramens and use clean utensils to prevent cross contamination after I order on the screen. One time the boss was there and he responded “Oh of course, we would never cook them in the same pot. We even use different chopsticks.” So, safe to say the kitchen understands cross contamination and take precautions to prevent it. Taste wise, the ramen is pretty decent. It isn’t the best, but if you have celiacs or a severe gluten allergy you most likely haven’t eaten ramen in a long time so this is like heaven. Tatsu Ramen in LA is still the best gf Celiac safe ramen I have ever eaten.
