Went here due to good reviews at other locations, but it is not celiac safe. We communicated my allergy and the seriousness of it, but at first forgot to confirm gf noodles were cooked in a separate pot/water. They aren’t, but agreed to do so for me. However we get the soup, and notice a soy sauce egg is in it, so went to confirm it is safe, turns out it was marinated in regular soy sauce, and so was the pork. So nothing about their gf tonkatsu is actually gf. I gave up and asked them to not bother and take the meal off our bill. 0/10 would not recommend to celiacs.

Newly opened ramen restaurant. 2 ramen options are clearly marked GF and the staff and owner were knowledgeable about cross contamination. No reaction by a highly sensitive Celiac.
