They have a lot of things marked gluten free on the menu, which is great. Problem is, the waiter told me they don't have a dedicated fryer. I'm not sure if he was just wrong (because honestly he didn't seem to know what I was talking about) or if the menu is mislabeled. Because there are a ton of things marked gluten free on the menu that have most definitely been fried. So I'm not sure what their policies about cross-contamination are. But I had a taco and I didn't get sick, and my gluten sensitivity is pretty severe so that would lead me to believe there IS a dedicated fryer? Not sure. The whole experience was very stressful to me because I was struggling to find something I actually trusted to be gluten free considering the disconnect between the contents of the menu and what the waiter told me. In the end I just gave up and decided to take the risk. Also as a side note, the atmosphere was just overwhelming to me. It's VERY loud. So it's not for everyone.
