The service at this location was great (outside the scope of gluten intolerance). The training and awareness of Gluten free was poor. We were at this location for a work lunch today. I am intolerant (hashimoto's and histamine intolerance) and we had a celiac in out party. We both asked for corn shells on our epic tacos. They came out with a soft shell - we asked to make sure it wasn't correct and were told it was input as GF so should be corn. In the defense the waiter had read back the orders and had noted GF and corn for both. Our celiac party asked to have it remade and it was taken to the back and within two minutes appeared with an extra corn shell (highly likely just pulled the inside hard shell out and replaced in a second hard shell). In the meanwhile I had taken bite and was pretty sure it was flour. This site needs some serious training in the kitchen and about the severity of ingesting gluten if you have celiac or and AI disease. I have had an upset stomach and nausea all afternoon. I will only return if the training is rectified.
