Agave Bar and Taqueria was a good experience overall. While it was busy and I had to explain gluten to the server it ended up alright, when I noticed the menu said there was beer in something and asked to have it removed. On the upside the nachos were good, and the tacos were pretty good. I don't know if I would go again, especially if the place was particularly full.tl;dr - not particularly gluten conscious but safe enough when made aware. nachos good. Probably wouldn't visit again.
