This place is an absolute gem. The staff were very knowledgeable about what on the menu is gluten free, and were so kind. The food was absolutely amazing. Absolutely trust the wait staff’s recommendations- the chicken in stewed figs is probably one of the most delicious things I have ever tasted. After lunch oranges candied in honey were brought out for dessert and it was so delicious. It is a must try for gluten free folks.

Waiter was really knowledgeable and pointed out the many GF options on the menu. I was with people who were not GF and there was no issues with cross contamination on the table, it was made clear what I could and couldn't eat.

The waitress who served us was knowledgeable and friendly. She pointed out the GF dishes on the menu. There was a huge choice of different options. I had the oven-baked lamb with grilled veggies, which was delicious. We also got some fruit as a complementary dessert.

No dedicated menu but staff were very knowledgeable and able to suggest a number of dishes especially Greek and Cretan specialities; I had the stuffed vine leaves and chicken with figs which were both delicious. House wine was also good. Gave us a free Raki and dessert before we left (which was yogurt and honey and very delicious).

There is NO gluten free menu, but there ARE many gluten free things on the regular menu and educated staff. We had for appetizers the grape leaves, aubergine salad, and fresh grilled octopus— they were all VERY tasty. On the other hand, the main dishes were gluten free but not that great. I would get more appetizers instead of the full plates.

cute restaurant in rethymno. they have alot glutenfree food für celiacs… fish, meat, rice, french fries, patatoes, salad, greec food etc. i was really happy with this experience! we also got a dessert for free with shots:)
