I had the gf brownie. They also have gf corn cake anf a gf spinach tamale. No reaction. This is a beautiful spot to rest and get your sugar fix

I had a great experience at Ah Cacao's location at Avenida Constituyentes and 5ta Avenida. They have several desserts marked as gluten-free, including a brownie, pastel de elote, and chocolate tamal, and I imagine most of their drinks are gluten-free. They also sell chocolate bars, most of which are gluten free (check their website online), as well as boxed chocolates in their freezer section. Please note: Shared utensils are used to grab items from the display case. I purchased the pastel de elote (a sweet corn- and dairy-based flan-like dessert). I explained to the person working that I had celiac and am extremely sensitive to gluten. She printed off the ingredients for the pastel de elote for me to review (you can also see all ingredients online) and she explained that the desserts are all prepared using shared equipment that is washed between batches. She agreed to grab a slice of pastel de elote from the back and to use a clean glove to avoid cross-contamination from the shared utensils. She was very attentive and willing to listen to my concerns and I did not get sick. Overall, a great experience and I would certainly go back.
