I got sick from eating the sushi. Not sure if it was because of the fish or not. Nothing is labeled gluten free and the servers didn’t know a whole lot about it. Maybe the chef knew better but all I know is I got sick from eating supposedly gf sushi.
While there is no specific gluten free menu, the head sushi chef (Jay) and the manager completely understand allergy issues. My wife cannot eat shellfish, and I have Celiac Disease. We sat at the sushi bar, explained our allergies and preferences to Jay, and asked him to be creative. He created three different customized sushi rolls that were not only free of allergens, but also amazingly beautiful and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant for gluten free sushi.
