Delicious fresh food. I am a super sensitive celiac and enjoyed a soup and salad. Great service even though we showed up right at closing. Great treat for the ride home. Would highly recommend.

Stopped in for a quick bite based on the reviews. They aren’t offering meals due to covid I’m guessing. They have a lot of sweets that are gluten free/vegan/dairy free. They had quite a few options for lattes as well. Pricey but brownies were delicious

Amazing delicious gluten free food. We had the most incredible service including explanations of all thw super foods we were eating, special instructions for 'severe allergy' included for kitchen and also reassurance that the kitchen was cleaning everything before preparing my wrap. The owner also informed us that there is no wheat used in the kitchen. The only thing are the wheat wraps not made in the same kitchen. We ate the baked stuffed yam and the pesto chicken wrap and everything was so good.we also purchased a take away raw treat and the owner gave us a bag of extra treats. Cannot recommend this place highly enough

Most amazing gluten free food in Kamloops!! Had a big bowl of goodness and even crepes that tasted heavenly😍

Staff was very knowledgeable it is a dedicated gluten-free restaurant many many things to choose from they also had things like steak for my husband who does not need gluten-free or vegan. They even have classes for Paleo. Everything tasted delicious from the smoothie to the soup to the desserts to the wraps that I had. I am extremely sensitive to dairy and Gluten

Everything is gluten free! No gluten in the kitchen. Lots of Keto options. Don’t have to worry about cross contamination. High quality and delicious.
