Found Aida through Restaurant Week, and so glad we did. They are very gluten free friendly. The spaghetti squash lasagna, and the white chocolate creme brulee were both amazing!!

I have celiac and I've never had a problem. Not even on New Years Eve when they were slammed packed. Boris is the best server ever and I always have him when I go there. He works 6 days a week. Seriously, he lives there. You won't be disappointed. The meatballs are the best I've ever had.

Wow! My daughter and I wanted to out for a nice dinner so I saw the great GF reviews on this App for Aida's. I have not dined at an Italian Restaurant since being diagnosed 1.5 years ago, as I'm pretty sensitive to cross-contamination. But because of the reviews, I felt brave, and decided to go for it. From our greeting to our exit, everyone was friendly and wonderful. They seem to pride themselves on ensuring not only a safe GF meal but OMG the food is fantastic! We ordered a Vegetarian Summer Risotto starter (YUM) and I ordered a Pan-Seared Rockfish w/a Summer Succotash and fingerling potatoes (More YUM)!...I waited a few hours to write this review, just to ensure all was ok, and I have gotta say, so far so good! I typically feel initial symptoms of "Glutenation" within 30 minutes to an hour if there was any sign of Gluten and So far NADA. :) this place is a bit pricey but again, I had not been to a "fine dining" experience since my diagnosis so this was a real treat!!! :).

From the owner: 90% of AIDA Bistro's lunch and dinner options are gluten free or can be amended so that they are GF (ie: use GF bread). We use GF breadcrumbs and or flour for all of our meatballs, crab cakes, rock shrimp, eggplant, manicotti and goat cheese balls. We make our own GF flatbread and highlight different GF preparations for fish and meat.

The gluten free past was excellent. The server went back and made sure that all of ingredients of the dish I chose was gluten free. Since I have Celiac, this was a very nice touch.

On a side note, the wine was exceptional.

Delicious! Gluten free pasta! The server told us to tell her which item on the menu we wanted and the chef would make it modified from scratch.
