Aioli Gourmet Burgers

My son has celiac and he enjoyed the burgers there with no problem before. He wanted to go again and asked about the fries, so I emailed them about dedicated fryers. The official response was that they DO NOT have a dedicated fryer, and that it is shared with the onion rings, chicken tenders, etc. Not sure if this was specific to the 7th and bell location or if it was at all 3 locations, but I would suggest celiac diners use caution there.

i got the aioli burger on a gluten free and let them know it was a **gluten allergy ** they also cook they're fries in a separate fryer as well . They also checked in the back to see what sauce was gf and they said the truffle was , I did fine no reaction.

Stopped in and was told no dedicated fryer and the server would not find out of the sauces were GF. So we left.

This place was awesome! Delicious burgers? Gluten free buns from GF creations bakery which is amazing! Fries were GF and they have several aioli selections! YUM!! Will be back for sure!

They offer a GF bun and said fries are in dedicated fryer. The only problem was that we had a large order of seven burgers and none of them were marked GF. Had to call the restaurant to confirm which one was GF and was a little annoyed that we were touching other people’s burgers to see the inside of the the bun. I mean it’s Covid, that’s gross.

But the bun was the best GF bun I’ve had to date and the burger was delicious. Fries also really good.

Thought about getting a shake, but most of them have cookies and candy mixed in and didn’t want to deal with CC from a blender so didn’t get. Your mileage may vary.

The burgers are delicious and they can all be made with gluten free buns from gluten free creations right up the street. They also have a dedicated French fry fryer. I have eaten there several times and I have celiac disease and I have never had an issue.
