Review of AJAW Chocolate & Crafts

Great celiac friendly tour! They explain the history of cocoa in Mayan culture. You get to try a cocoa bean from the fruit, roasted, then they grind it and make it into a drink. It is very bitter, but I thought it tasted good. They give you honey if you need it to be sweeter. Great time, naturally gluten free, and it was only $12 USD.
