This place is phenomenal! It is the best barbecue I’ve ever had, and the staff were knowledgeable about cross contamination. The manager, Tiffany, changed gloves, got a new cutting board and knife, and cut meat off of the end of the rack of ribs that hadn’t been touched yet. All the staff are trained about gluten. All the meats are gluten free and many of the sides are. She said if you call ahead they will even make the banana pudding gluten free too! I did take a gluten ease just because I do that when eating out, but I can’t recommend enough.
