The chef is accommodating for most dishes and can make some version of it to be gf. However, they do not have gf pizza crust so don’t expect to get pizza here.
Ate here once and really enjoyed the pizza. They seem knowledgable and ask if gluten free is an allergy or preference, use foil when cooking to avoid CC, but there is still a high chance of CC. I didn't get sick and will try them again.
