When I called the restaurant to ask if they offered gluten-free menu items they were extremely informative and helpful. They were clearly well educated on gluten-free diets and were able to inform me that most of their menu could be made gluten-free which included most of their sushi unless it was tempura. All I had to do when ordering was include in the notes with my order that I was gluten-free. They were even able to accommodate my order of a spicy scallop roll by taking out the tempura flakes for me. Please note however that I did not ask about the possibility of cross-contamination as that is not typically an issue for me.
