All-you-can-eat sushi. Our server Christina was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and willing to work with the kitchen. Surfaces were cleaned before food was prepared. Choices are limited, but there is an abundance of the limited choices! Can do regular rice or no rice instead of sushi rice in hand rolls. No GF soy sauce available. Importantly, did not get sick!
