Pretty upmarket and expensive but they do have a dedicated gluten free menu and are very accommodating to modify existing items on the normal menu. Very delicious and outstanding customer service

Small gluten free menu but was very clear what I could have.

Ended up going for the tuna and avocado roll, edamame and grilled asparagus. I think it could have been the best sushi I have eaten (however I was sooo hungry from talking round Seoul trying to find SOMETHING I could eat!!)

This restaurant is located within the four seasons hotel so had a very fancy atmosphere with the staff being very friendly and accommodating to my dietary needs.

The whole meal was quite expensive but this is what you expect from a place this nice - save it for a treat night!

Extremely attentive staff. All spoke English and was very prepared. Notify in advance about dietary issues but honestly they were amazing. FANTASTIC drinks! I have celiac and it was such a relief to be going here. Would go again, no reaction.
