A fantastic upscale Asian fusion restaurant from the famed chef of the same name. Plenty of the menu can be tailored to gluten free, and they are very knowledgeable, I come here all the time. Better options here in Delray than the same restaurant in Vegas at the Bellagio!

I recommend the Filet Tobanyaki, Protein roll (sub king crab), miso black cod, seared halibut, and the salmon tiradito!
