Needed a quick place for dinner so I stopped here. I can’t speak to the safety of the hibachi grill - I sat at a booth across the restaurant and only ordered edamame and some sushi rolls. I got the vegetable roll and the Philadelphia roll. I was in a rush so I did not ask about gluten free soy sauce or anything else.
