Consistently excellent sushi. You order from an app which gives you the ability to select gluten allergy only if the item can be made gluten-free. Excellent service as well.

This place is a staple in my life. One of the best sushi places in the DMV! I have eaten here about every week for 2 years and have never gotten sick. I mark Gluten Allergy when ordering.

Review
I’ve eaten here twice. You order food via the app and every item tells you if it is gluten free or not. Some items say it cannot be made to be gluten free. You can also select gluten free soy sauce with your meal and warn them that you have a gluten allergy. The house Sake is also gluten free! I’ve had no reaction after eating here and enjoy the foot hall atmosphere of The Roost.
