DO NOT GO HERE! I have a NIMA and was able to test their food. The chef said it was gluten free and the test said it contained gluten. He got upset with us since we were unable to eat the meal. He then argued with us saying that his food is gluten free. After discussing it, he admitted that everything is prepared on the same counter as other Gluten-items. He said that the tortillas were cooked on a skillet that has flour on it. He then continued to say his wife has Celiac and “it’s not that big of a deal to get a bit of a stomach ache.” I was shocked, and I do not want anyone to get sick here. Please stay away if you have Celiac disease.
