Got the carne Blanca burger for delivery - gluten free bun was amazing and did not get sick!! Definitely would recommend!

Absolutely love the burgers they make. Super healthy and celiac safe. Just a little pricey though.

The staff are very aware about prepping a gluten-free meal. If you let them know you have celiac disease, they will clean all surfaces by washing them thoroughly, change gloves, lay out a fresh sheet of butter paper to slice the bun on, and prepare your order separately. But since the kitchen space is tiny, I recommend ordering in-store so you can watch your order being prepared and be reassured that it’s safe. Until they have a larger kitchen space where they can have a dedicated area for gluten-free food prep, I do recommend exercising caution when you order. I chatted with the chef who vey kindly explained that they would be happy to do even more for celiacs whenever they have a larger kitchen space. She also confirmed that all the sauces are gluten-free, and that they have a dedicated frier for the fries. However, I haven’t tried their fries yet. The burger tasted amazing! I would definitely go back. Note that some of the burgers are breaded so make sure to check which ones are safe before you order. EDIT: the fries are unsafe because the frier is in between two other friers that are used for gluten. The gluten-free burgers however are still safe and amazing!

What a burger!! They have a shared facility so I was a bit worried and howered around the counter after I placed my order- and it was absolutely amazing! Do let them know that you are gluten intolerant and therefore no gluten for you - avoid the fries and stick with the soda to wash down...
