Al Grottino

This is a nice little restaurant in Capri. The owner came over and assured me that they had gluten free options in the restaurant. There is a lot of seafood options, I'm personally not a huge fan of seafood so I opted for the lemon pasta with pomegranate, but he made it with rice as he knew that would be the safest option for me. It was very good and I was very pleased with how they treated me there. It says on the menu they have options for celiacs. I would recommend giving them a try!

Small place on a narrow side street in Capri. The menu says celiac friendly. The owner brought out bread for me. We had the mixed grill of very fresh assorted seafood. I had a delicious GF Lemon cake.

Staff very knowledgable about gf, I had the lemon pasta main followed by chocolate and almond cake for afters and had no reaction at all - I am extremely sensitive.
