All the grilled proteins except for the seitan are gluten free, and each type of protein has its own section of the grill so cross contamination from the seitan is probably unlikely. The shawarma is cooked separately. They do handle a lot of pita bread in the restaurant, and the fryer is shared, but the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to answer questions.

Delicious kebabs and shawarma, although some kebabs seem to have more meat than others. For example, the chicken kebabs tend to be larger than the lamb kebabs. Generous portions of basmati rice, shawarma, and hummus.

The restaurant is entirely kosher, and a local hidden gem.
