Amazing resturant in Vassena (close to Onno wete we were staying) which is located beautifully by the lake and the service was extraordinary! Upon arrivial i asked what could be made gluten free and the head waiter said that almost everything was possible. I had a fantastic risotto, but they could also do gluten free pasta. I got a gluten free bun straight from the oven to enjoy with olive pil just like my company. They were very cautious and when insecure about a part of the sauce in one of the antipastis they put it on the side so I could avoid it still sharing the same meal as the other. Can strongly recommend the umbrina tartar, fabulous!! All and all excellent!
