Awful experience. Went for a group dinner and messaged beforehand, got a response of the following:

".We always do our best but we can't unfortunately promise a 100% free from cross contact." And "we don't have a written protocol on (allergens) but yes, gloves change is definite and we always change the pan to be able to accommodate the allergies."

Given this info I was comfortable going (understand others might not be), but when I arrived it turned out the waiter literally did not know what gluten or allergy was...this despite the fact that their menu specifically has a bunch of items listed as GF and indicates to "inform your server of any allergens". It was definitely partly due to language barrier, and I feel bad leaving a negative review for that (totally ok that the wait staff don't speak fluent English!) but you can't advertise yourself as being allergen friendly and then not at least ensure your waiters know a few critical food related words necessary for customer safety.
