Asked about how they handle gluten in the kitchen, and spoke with Hassan, the owner. He assured me that they cook the pasta in a fresh pot. All the sauces are gluten-free. All the soups are can be gluten-free by letting them know so they don’t add the croutons. They have gluten-free flatbread and baguette. I had the basic marinara with gluten-free penne; delicious. Tomato leek soup; slightly spiced and delicious. The gluten-free salted caramel cheesecake was heavenly! No reaction the next day. Worth the money.

Delicious gluten free pasta. Staff was knowledgeable and super helpful. I had the shrimp and my husband had the Cajun pasta. They even offer more than one gluten free dessert! We had the chocolate torte.
