A little restaurant close to the seaside in Ortigia island in the center of Syracuse. It‘s a seafood restaurant, but they can accommodate vegetarians and vegans. You have to remind the staff if you don‘t tolerate traces, they are not too knowledgable about gluten-related conditions (the waiter said if I was only intolerant and not celiac, I could have potato bits, as they only have traces). I had pasta with pistacchio pesto, cream and roasted almonds. The meal came with GF bread. The prices are in higher cost brackets. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

This restaurant is absolutely beautiful. On thé water and the waitress was very knowledgeable about coeliac disease. There were only 3 things on the entire menu that weren’t gluten free. Highly recommend!

The best gluten free pasta i ever had! I had the tuna and pistacho GF penne pasta and it was amazing! My husband had normal spaghetti seafood and it was one of the best pasta dishes he has ever tasted. There are gluten free dessert options including cannoli, cheesecake, almond ice cream u name it! Really lovely helpful staff too.
