Ordered today for curbside pickup, but when I arrived and called they said they didn't do curbside... By the front door is a sign reading "curbside pickup". Since it was busy I called and asked if they could bring my order to the door, but again he said I had to come in. Then he saw me right outside and got my order off a table and brought it out. Not sure what the hassle was about. Foodwise, it seems overpriced a few dollars for what you get. There is no gluten free menu, but I got fruit instead of brunch potatoes and had no issues. With all the other options around though, I wouldn't recommend this one.
This is one of my favorite restaurants, period. The is kitchen very knowledgeable and the waitstaff is generally very attentive. It’s a breakfast place but also pretty gourmet. The specials are creative and use fresh ingredients. They don’t have a special menu or gf bread but I’ve never had any issue with getting glutened at Alexander’s, and we go pretty much every weekend. When toast isn't an option, I sub it out for corn tortillas. There are long lines on the weekend. It’s that good. Weekdays generally don’t have a wait.
