I have eaten at Alfredo’s 3 times now with great success. They have dedicated fryers for all the chips and the queso is also safe. All items that are gluten free are marked on the menu. The wait staff is very knowledgeable.

Salsa and queso are terrible. Chips tasted awful as well, like fried in old oil.

great menu. Refried beans are fried in oil which has fried flour tortillas so not GF. The fajita chicken was fabulous! Chips are GF.

Great experience. More options than other places. Chips are gluten free!
They have a large gluten free menu, but if you are celiac be sure to ask for a manager. I got sick twice off the fajitas, and so I called about it. They cook them in the grill with the regular fajitas. Next time I ordered, they offered to make mine in a separate pan. I did not get sick after that. We eat here a couple times a month with no problems.
Their chips, salsa, and cheese sauce are all GF. The managers are extremely accommodating to food allergies.

They have a separate GF menu that is kind of big, but limited. Their refried beans are not GF :( but they are vegan. Make sure you tell your server you are ordering off the GF menu and they will prepare it separately. Chips, cheese, and salsa are good. We usually have to wait a long time for a table here. Limited, but decent options for vegan & GF.

Lots of gluten-free options and a dedicated fryer for their chips!!

I’m extremely sensitive to gluten exposure and generally know if I’ve been glutened while eating. Menu has gf options marked, but ask about sauces as they are not marked. We told the waiter our table was gf. After ordering, the waiter came out to inform me that the cooks said the chili sauce and the sour cream sauce have flour added. If he had not warned me, I probably would have gotten sick. I went with the queso and am fine. My kids are not having stomach issues either. Overall, food was good and it was nice to find an enchilada option.

We went to this restaurant after reading the reviews, and it was great. When I asked they provided me with a separate gluten free menu that had a lot of options. The waitress was knowledgeable and even caught that they had made the food wrong. She had them remake it gluten free for me (they had originally made it with a flour tortilla instead of corn). I had the fajita chicken enchilada with green sauce, rice and steamed black beans. Tasted great and I didn’t get sick!
Just ask for the gluten free menu. They were very helpful in making sure I was at ease with what I was served.
