Alfresco Caffe

I had a lovely meal here. FOH were great and explained everything that I could safely eat. They said the chef had coeliac disease and that they use toaster bags and ensured the kitchen was thoroughly cleaned before preparing GF meals. They had a reasonably good variety of meals and desserts that were GF. Safety marked as 4/5 because it’s only a small place so I think there could be a small risk of CC.

GF requirements aside the customer service was excellent and my food was delicious. I’d recommend it.

Nice little cafe. One of the owners is coeliac so they undestand cross contamination, all the gluten free cake were covered. Good choice of cakes.
