Buffet style behind glass and the staff serve your selection, then you pay by weight. They heat it up and bring it to your table afterwards.

The server was well aware of which items were gluten free but said due to the nature there was clear contamination risk and they can’t guarantee 100% gluten-free if you have celiac or allergy.

They also brought out bread with a side of hummus and for mine they gave me packaged GF crackers.

A little pricey for what it is… but it was nice to have something other than plain GF pasta and get some veggies. Was tasty and I enjoyed. Would come back.
