When I ordered GF, I was asked if I was a coeliac. When I said yes, the staff member washed their hands before putting on gloves. There is only one staff member who makes your entire meal- unlike people who don’t order gf. They have dedicated fries, tongs, seasonings, sandwich press. Everything except 3 items on menu are gf
