Plenty of clearly marked items available that are gluten free. Staff was also able to offer some guidance for gluten free options.
This is the first restaurant I have eaten at where I felt like I was in good hands. The staff were knowledgeable about food allergens, the menu was clearly marked, they have a separate fryer, and the food was delicious. Personally recommend Mushrooms Wonderland and chocolate mousse pie.
Delicious. Lots of choices. Menu is clearly marked. Very knowledgeable staff Mushrooms Wonderland was super flavorful. Looking forward to coming back to try more things!!

I will definitely be coming back here! Food is amazing and the staff were very accommodating. My order took a bit longer because they'd used the wrong soy sauce, but I was glad to know that they were so careful with it as to notice.
AMAZING!! Every celiac needs to eat here all the time. I have never been treated so well and reassured with each item! They even brought out the cheesecake and specifically said they got the crust from Trader Joe’s and that the chocolate syrup was also gluten free. The meal was absolutely delicious. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! I got the mama’s love soup/rice. Sooooooo good!!!!!!!
Shocked that this restaurant wasn’t already listed here on FindMe. I wish I could say I was joking that Alice and Friends’ is one of the primary reasons I live in Edgewater. Always fresh and always delicious, I have never had a meal here I didn’t love. I am truly addicted to the dish “Mama’s Love”. The staff is always wonderful and if they switch around the menu and take something off that I love, they’ve always been kind enough to still make it for me (as long as they still have all of the ingredients, which has never been a problem). They take all necessary steps to keep me, an incredibly sensitive Celiac, safe from gluten contaminants. A must for all gluten free foodies, especially if you’re also vegan (like me).
