This breaks my heart to write because I really believe in what Alimentary is trying to do. I was an early fan and used to visit 2-3 times a week due to the dedicated GF facility.
However, they have since added flour tortillas to every menu item and clearly did not follow up the addition of a gluten full item with proper employee training.
The employees don't seem to know what is GF or not. Additionally, I watched an employee use the rice scooper to spead rice across a tortilla, rubbing it across the tortilla multiple times. Unfortunately, catering to GF folks requires both being conscious of ingredients and points of cross-contact and Alimentary has clearly failed at the later.
I sincerely hope they improve but until then, Celiacs beware.
