Review of Aling's Hakka Chinese Cuisine

No gf menu but the chef came out personally to explain that all frying was done with cornflower and suggested which soups and entrees I could have. The food is a unique blend of Indian and Chinese food but without all the cumin and curry most people think of Indian food. I came for the lunch special and had the corn soup and chicken hot garlic (but requested medium spice) and it was delicious! Hard finding good gf Chinese food and this is that with a twist!
