Not Celiac Friendly. I called to order a Gluten-free pizza because my daughter has celiacs and I asked if their gluten-free pies were prepared in a separate area and cooked in a different oven. They told me no. It’s prepared and cooked in the same area as the regular pies. Not taking a chance with cross contamination and having my daughter get sick.

Not only was this my favorite pizzeria growing up, it's by far, my favorite one now. I have been GF 10+ years but nothing is better than Alitalia. I always look forward to coming into town to see my family because I know I am going to have a great GF/celaic safe cheese pie and delicious GF pasta.
