Don’t eat here!!!!

Basically, they don’t care about allergies, they overcharge, have crappy customer service, and bad tasting food.

Let me start by saying that we should have picked somewhere else to eat to begin with. That’s my bad. I recognize that. I have celiac and my son has a possible wheat allergy (hasn’t had anything confirmed, but we are supposed to not give him wheat because he gets a rash on his face and neck if he eats wheat). Most burger places understand allergies and will make sure not to put bread on a burger if you tell them you have an allergy, so I thought it would be ok. I also specifically asked if this was something they could accommodate and they told me they could.

We get called to get our food. My burger didn’t have a bun or fries (which was correct), but they put my son’s hot dog in a bun and fries on the side (wrong. And I specifically mentioned there was an allergy so I just wanted the hot dog and nothing else). I had even specifically requested that they try to be careful about not letting the food touch bread products, because of allergies. The fries are fried with the chicken strips, so also contain wheat (which she originally told me they were dedicated fryers and then changed her mind, so we just asked for no sides). I told her the hotdog was incorrect and we needed one that hadn’t been on a bun or with fries. She said “You never said that. What do you want me to do? Take the bun off for you?” And I tried explaining (again) that it was an allergy so it was inedible for us after it touched the bun. She basically told me to get over it. I was annoyed but just planned to throw the whole thing away. I went and sat back down and she yelled across the room “lady! Do you want me to make a new one?!” And I was like “actually, yes. That would be nice. Thank you.” So I get back to the counter, she tells me that she had also overcharged me $3 for the hotdog and would give me a free water if I wanted one to make up for it. I told her “that’s ok, can I please just get a new hotdog that hasn’t touched bread or fries?” After maybe 5 minutes she says it’s done. It’s clearly the same hot dog (now just really cold) and you can literally see where the bun had been on the hot dog. I just smiled and said thanks, but was very annoyed at this point. My burger was gross too, so I only ate half of it (and got sick and regretted it later). I’m annoyed that I wasted $25 on food that was just complete garbage; all we got was a hot dog (no bun or side or drink) and a burger (just a burger with bacon and no LTOP or bun, and no side), and a water (which she said came with the meal).

I would never recommend eating here!!!
