Legitimately the best gluten free pizza I've had in Italy after trying pizza in numerous restaurants in Rome and Florence. The crust is home made and super fluffy crust. The pizzas with red sauce was pretty saucy which I like a lot. The same dough is used to make the bread used for the bruschetta and it was like a super fluffy pita that's super airy.
