A lot of Gf items here! Nice health food store especially for a small town. Misty carries quite a bit of options and is very knowledgable and passionate about nutrition. Have found stuff here I haven’t seen in larger stores when traveling! Can also get prepped meals here to fit different dietary needs. A lot of true nutritional and health food here!
