Looks entirely gluten free
The place is tiny but has one set of seats. Everything is pricey. I wish almond flour was used bc rice flour is gritty but seems gluten free also means nut free so can be allergy bakery. The goods are all enormous which I wish wasn’t the case. It’s not exactly health food so you want smaller baked goods too if you’re slim but like dessert. It would be nice to have something wholesome and whole grain too. Staff is always very nice. Taste wise it’s ok. It’s not great but certainly good enough. Like I said I bake gluten free and limiting oneself to rice flour and tapioca Starch makes it difficult. The challah was inedible. Stick with the junk food. I’m glad the bakery is here though!
