Alliger's House of Wings

Amazing food! They have a dedicated fryer and all their wing sauces (huge list) are gluten free! I also contacted them by email and they gave great info. I was told the fries were in a non gluten fryer but my server couldn’t guarantee that (maybe a cook wasn’t sure and didn’t want to risk it but the manager said the fries are not cooked in oil with gluten products.) Manager recommended not ordering grill items bc buns are toasted on the grill— and I can’t vouch for vegan or vegetarian food— but the chicken wings were incredible! Definitely recommend!
