I have been here a few times. Friendly staff, great food. The cinnamon buns are unbelievably good, if they are available I always get one, you’d never know they were gluten-free. I also love the bagels sandwiches. So good!! Brownies and cupcakes are delicious too.

The food is delicious. I had the Vegan Avocado Melt and it was awesome. I also had their Raspberry Muffin which was delicious. I wish I lived closer - I would be there daily.

Tasty dedicated GF bakery that also offers dairy free and vegan treats. Cupcakes, muffins, brownies and lava cakes were fresh, moist and delish. Also had a yummy breakfast bagel... we are headed back there for breakfast tomorrow to try out more options!

Such a cute, but tiny place. Had a really great sandwich on a bagel- everything GF. Great selection of baked goods too. Yummy latte with almond milk. We were lucky to get a seat at window counter.

Absolutely amazing ! I've been meaning to stop off for 3 years now today I finally did ! Being celiac and being hard to find a gluten free bakeshop is so hard in Toronto . Even my boyfriend who is non celiac loved the cupcakes ! I highly recommend Almond Butterfly !

Bagels and cupcakes were both great. A friend had the cinnamon bun and enjoyed it. Good latte too. Great for a sweet treat or a quick lunch. There are a few stools to eat in, or take it to go. Nice dessert options (cupcakes, squares, cookies) if you need to take dessert somewhere!

Had the Ham and (Vegan Cheddar) Cheese melt on one of their gluten free bagels. It was amazing! Even though I'm lactose intolerant, I've always been wary of vegan cheese because of the taste, but the cheese here was amazing! The bagel was really the winner though, because I can't remember the last time I had a GF bagel that tastes this good before! The service was wonderful and the girls behind the counter were friendly and set a great atmosphere in this college spot!
