Almotti is a dedicated gluten free bakery. The owner, baker & his wife are so nice! I tried every cookie since I bought a pack of each for a family get together. Delicious! The baguette is also delicious. I followed the wife’s instructions and baked it. Warm, yummylicious. Next, I want to try a cake for my birthday.

The first gf bakery in south Florida. Since 2015 Almotti is a gluten free certified family-owned bakery based in Miami, Florida, founded and operated by Pastry Chef Carlo Raciti, a 3rd generation Sicilian baker, and his wife Rebecca Bechara. specializes in Southern Italian handcrafted gourmet delicacies. We take pride in quality craftsmanship and carefully choose the best all natural ingredients for our products. In order to preserve quality we bake and produce our products in small batches every week.
Carlo was born in Viagrande, Sicily into a family of bakers. True to family traditions, he began his work in the kitchen from a young age, eventually seeking professional schooling from the Chef's Academy in Terni, Italy. In an unexpected turn of events, a vacation in Miami he met the love of his life, Rebecca, and decided to settle down with her, eventually having a boy, Mario Carlo, and a baby girl, Lucia.
With their family just starting to flourish, they soon realized the growing need that existed for preservative free, freshly baked healthy treats that are reminiscent of Carlo’s Italian roots and traditions. Rebecca's experience in sales management and operations combined with Carlo's traditions and schooling in baked goods and nutrition create the foundation that Almotti stands on today. Together they strive to produce fresh gourmet quality products, true to Italian traditions, that are pure and wholesome enough for those we cherish most.
Almotti is a gluten free facility that works with other types of ingredients such as dairy, nuts and eggs.

I come to Miami often for work and stay down the street from this bakery. It has become a highlight of my trip to visit and get bread and treats for myself 🙏 The family is so kind and remembers me. Their bread is fabulous and cookies are such a tasty treat. I am dairy free too so am grateful to have many options here for that as well. Truly one of my favorite bakeries ever! This place rocks and I can tell brings joy to so many people. Thank you for what you do ✨

Very nice place and Carlos was super attentive. The cookies were delicious but be careful with the bread. It contain other grains such as sorghum and this contains gluten, so it’s not 100% gluten free. It’s green from wheat gluten. I got sick but it’s my fault for not checking.
Love this Bakery! Attention is great! Bread and cupcakes are delicious!

Must try if you are gluten free!! Breads are amazing! If you take the focaccia bread put some tomato sauce on it fresh mozzarella and basil it makes an amazing gluten-free pizza their sweets are delicious highly recommend anything having to do with guava family run owners are very nice love this place

This place is absolutely phenomenal the cookies are amazing I have four different flavors the chocolate, almond, guava, and coconut! They are all amazing !!!!! 10000 % recommend !!!! I also got a baguette which is some thing I never thought I would have again unless it was homemade and let me tell you it was amazing!!!! Last but not least I got a tray of muffins which have dark chocolate ,chocolate chip ,guava and vanilla I put in the microwave for 10 seconds and they are to die for!!!!! On top of the food being amazing the owners treated us like family the husband even went to the back and brought us a sample of his fresh guava cookies 😍😍😍😍 this is my top favorite gluten free spot ! Don’t miss out on this hidden gem 💎

Everything I have tried is amazing but I highly recommend their baguettes & Torta di Limone (lemon cake). The owners are incredibly nice & willing to help with special orders.
