An incredible ultra fine dining experience that's worth every penny. There are tons of reviews you could look up for that so I'll refer just to the celiac/gluten free aspect. I noted my being a celiac when I made the reservation online, and when I confirmed the reservation over the phone weeks later. Upon arrival, several different hosts confirmed my need for gluten free before we were even seated, and our main server assured me it would be "absolutely no problem". I was eating with two friends who are not gf, and the differences between our dishes were noted in great detail by the staff as each course arrived. Seemingly only a few dishes needed modifications at all, and any modifications were both minor and specifically pointed out to me (eg "This dish has a cheese sauce that contains a small amount of flour, so this was substituted with X on your plate). One course included a side of bread and (incredible) butter, and a gluten free bread (which was delicious) was provided for me. I felt super safe throughout the dining experience, especially due to their excellent attentiveness and explaining all modifications throughout. And most importantly, I didn't get sick at all. Would expect no less from such a sterling culinary institution, but hopefully this helps fellow celiacs feel more at ease. :)

PS. Just note when booking a reservation that dietary restrictions can only be accommodated when you dine IN the dining room; not at the kitchen counter.
