Tasty fresh salads!
The server knew that some things were GF. The manager stepped up and handed me a nutrition menu - he was knowledgeable about cross contamination and flagged my order to be first and handled separately after cleaning the workspace. He told me which salad dressings I could have.
I ordered the seared ahi tuna salad with strawberries and walnuts. I had to change the dressing that comes with that specialty salad. Technically, the salad assembly line could introduce cross contamination, but I don’t think there are gluten based products in that - they add pita bread on the side after making the salad (which I could not have). Overall, it was great and I didn’t get sick.
